Return Policy
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the support link below. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us.
Due to the handmade nature of our products there will be some small variations in size and hue.
